Hill Country Event Rentals is a full-service rental company specializing in tables, chairs, furniture, tabletop, and catering items. We offer our services in Austin and the entire surrounding Texas Hill Country, and we look forward to the honor of working with you.
We require 50% of your reservation total as a deposit at the time of your reservation to hold your items. Reductions in reservations are allowed up to 3 Business Days prior to your Out / Delivery.
We ask that all orders are finalized 3 days prior to your Out / Delivery date, including additions and subtractions. Reductions within 72 hours may require a restocking fee. We will gladly add items to your reservation as long as we have the items in stock at the time of your request.
Order Cancellations must be made 7 Business Days Prior to Out / Delivery date for a full refund. After that, partial refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of HCER. No refund will be made for orders canceled less than 72 hours prior to the event date. Refunds for orders placed via credit card will require a 2% processing fee.
We offer our professional and courteous delivery service to all of Austin and the surrounding
Hill Country. Delivery of your rental items is available for a location-based fee Monday – Friday
9-5, and Saturday 8-12. Late-night or Sunday pickup service can also be arranged for an additional fee.
We offer delivery for orders with a rental item total over $300. Delivery rates quoted are for deliveries to one specified location. We will be happy to provide a delivery quote for your area.
Please note, delivery includes drop off within 50 ft of the truck and does not include set up or takedown. With standard delivery, items need to be stacked and placed back in the condition they were left in. Any breakdown or cleanup that HCER must complete will result in additional labor charges.

Setup and Takedown
Let us take care of your Set-up and Take-down — our service can easily be added to any delivery:
- $2 per table
- $2 per linen
- $1 per chair
For event setup and take-down, layouts are needed 7 days prior to the delivery date.
Our office also offers Floor Plan Design Services for $25 per hour. This services include measurements, layouts, and diagrams.
