Make your reservation for the Wildflower Room or the Lone Star Room in our guest house.  The Cowboy Cottage is also available for guests wanting space, privacy and kitchen facilities.

• Bella Vista is currently available, but not limited to, selected weekends throughout the year.
• We have a two night minimum.  Weekday nights are also available as an extension of a weekend stay.
• A valid Visa or Master Card is required to secure your reservation.  Final payments may be made with credit card, check, or cash.  Cancellations must be made within 10 days of reservation or risk forfeit of deposit unless we are able to fill the dates.
• Your stay with includes a full, hearty breakfast each morning; fresh fruit, homemade pastries, cookies, snacks and soft drinks.
• Guests are welcome to check-in after 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am.
• Our home is smoke-free; smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas.
  

Rates in the guest house start at:

• $135* per night during off-peak season (January - March/October - December)
• $145* per night during peak season (April - September)

Rates for the Cowboy Cottage start at:

• $175* per night double occupancy during off-peak season
• $200* per night double occupancy during peak season
• $20* per additional person over age 10.  Children under age 10 stay free.
  
• Stays for more than 3 nights requires a security deposit of $200 in addition to reservation deposit. The security deposit is refundable.
