Make your reservation for the Wildflower Room or the Lone Star Room, both beautifully
appointed in hill country décor. Each room in the Guest House
has a private bath, private patio, queen bed with high quality bedding, fresh flowers,
and beautiful views of upper Lake Travis.
The Cowboy Cottage is also available for guests wanting space, privacy and kitchen facilities.


Bella Vista is currently available, but not limited to selected weekends throughout the year.
Weekday nights are also available as an extension of a weekend stay.
Nightly rates for weekends in January through February & September through November:
$125 per night (two night minimum), additional weekday nights $110 per night.
Rates for March through August:
$135 per night (two night minimum), additional weekday nights $120 per night.
Your stay with includes appetizers and wine on Friday evening; full, hearty breakfast each morning;
fresh fruit, homemade pastries, complimentary snacks and soft drinks.
Your room includes tv/dvd, cd player, ipod dock; dvds and cds for guest viewing and listening.

Our special 2 bedroom cottage with occupancy for 2-4 persons is also available.
Rates for the Cowboy Cottage begin at $175 per night double occupancy.

Reservation and facility policies:
We are currently taking reservations for weekends with a 2 night minimum,
additional nights to extend the weekend may also be available.
Please email or call for more information about extending your weekend.
Reservations are secured with payment equal to one half of the total rental fee.
Reservations may be secured with Visa or MasterCard credit cards
Final payment may be made with check or cash.
Cancellations must be made within 10 days of reservation
or risk forfeit of deposit, unless we are able to fill the dates.
Guests are welcome to check-in after 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am.
Address and driving directions to Bella Vista are emailed or mailed
to guests when reservation is confirmed.
Our home is a smoke-free environment.
Smoking is only permitted out of doors in designated areas.
Guest house is intended for adults only. Young adults over age 14 are welcome
in the guest house only if accompanied by a parent.
Families including children are welcome in the Cowboy Cottage.
Small pets (under 25 pounds) are permitted only if confined to a kennel and must remain on a
leash at all times when not kennelled. Pets are not permitted in dining areas.
